Paper Cutting Service

At Shoyu Online, we provide a paper cutting service for items you purchase. A cutting fee will be charged per cut for each roll (per product). The cutting fee varies depending on the delivery time.

Delivery time: approx. 14–16 days – ¥255 (tax included)

Please make sure to check the delivery time if you are in a hurry.

How to Request Cutting

1. Add the product “1 cut per roll” to your cart as many times as the number of cuts required.
2. In the remarks field at checkout, please specify:
   ① Paper name
   ② Quantity to be cut
   ③ Desired size after cutting
   ④ Whether you wish to keep the leftover paper
3. If you have any other requests, please also write them in the remarks field.

Notes

• Cutting is available only for Gasenshi paper (half-sheet size or larger).
• We only cut paper that you have purchased from our store. Thank you for your understanding.
• For example: If you order 100 full sheets and wish to cut them into 100 half sheets + 200 quarter sheets, this requires 2 cuts. Please enter the product quantity as “2.”
