Collection: Ippitsusen (Single-Line Letter Paper)
A Letter for Casual, Short Messages
There are many occasions, whether in business or in private life, when you might think, “I want to write a quick thank-you note” or “I want to add a short message to a gift.”
With ippitsusen, you don’t need to feel pressured to write as formally as with letter paper. It is perfect for writing short, concise messages.
Since ippitsusen is smaller than regular stationery, both the size and the content can be conveyed compactly.
Because there isn’t space for long sentences, you don’t need to worry about formal greetings or set phrases as with letter paper. Ippitsusen allows you to write naturally in everyday words.
While it is a convenient tool for many situations, there are times when ippitsusen may not be suitable.
For formal occasions such as weddings and funerals, ippitsusen may not be appropriate.
Since it is intended for relatively familiar relationships, it is best to use it accordingly.
We have a wide selection from simple designs to decorative ones. Choosing based on your mood is also recommended.
Convenience of Using It Like a Quick Memo
Unlike formal letter paper, ippitsusen allows you to quickly jot down a short message or note of thanks.
Many people wonder, “Do I need an envelope?” But with ippitsusen, you can leave it as is, using it like a note or an enclosure.
It can accompany a gift, or be attached when submitting documents, similar to a message card.
Of course, if you place it in an envelope with a stamp, it can also be mailed.
Seasonal greetings or short letters to friends can also be written and sent easily, which makes ippitsusen such a convenient and versatile tool.

Ippitsusen—Always Handy to Have Nearby
Ippitsusen is half the vertical size of standard letter paper. It can hold about 100 characters, with 20 characters per line and 5 lines.
Vertical writing is common, but horizontal, unlined, and dual-purpose formats are also available.
There are no strict rules about how to write, so adding small illustrations might also delight the recipient.
As mentioned earlier, it is fine to give it as is without an envelope, but we also offer envelopes—please take a look.
As for recommended writing tools, brush pens are especially effective, as brush lettering leaves a lasting impression. Please take a look at those as well.
