Shipping policy
■For overseas orders (purchases via Buyee)
The total shipping cost will include both domestic (Japan) shipping and international shipping fees.
Domestic shipping is JPY 660（¥）.
International shipping is calculated based on weight and size. We can only provide the exact fee once the items arrive at the international shipping warehouse and their weight and size are confirmed.

■For domestic orders within Japan
Shipping Schedule
Excluding busy periods such as large sales or long holidays, the estimated delivery time for items in stock is around 8 business days after your order is confirmed.
Please note that if an item is back-ordered or out of stock, delivery may take longer than estimated.
Shipping Fees
A flat rate of JPY 660（¥） (tax included) applies nationwide, except for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands which require additional fees.
Delivery Areas
[Hokkaido] JPY 660（¥） shipping fee + JPY 440（¥） regional fee (tax included).
[Okinawa Main Island] JPY 660（¥） shipping fee + JPY 1,870（¥） regional fee (tax included).
[Other Remote Islands] Shipping fees will be quoted separately after your order is placed.
Shipping Volume
For Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands, additional charges may apply depending on the package size.
We will inform you separately if this applies. Thank you for your understanding.
About Shipping Carriers
Purchased items will be delivered via Sagawa Express.
For Okinawa, other remote islands, and deliveries by Nekopos, your order will be shipped via Yamato Transport.
Please note that we do not accept requests to specify the shipping carrier.
If your total purchase of calligraphy supplies is JPY 7,700 or more (tax included), the shipping fee will be free.
However, depending on the delivery area and package size, additional fees may apply.
