- Draw letters or pictures on the Netsupita washi paper using ink or other ink, then let it dry.
- Place the Netsupita washi paper on top of an official (or privately-made) postcard, with the specially treated side facing inward.
- Set the iron to medium heat and gently press the entire paper down.
- If the paper is too large, trim off any excess paper.
