Characteristics of Kokei Sansho
Kokei Sansho is an ink made from oil soot and high-quality glue, developed over more than 400 years of ink-making.
Ideal for Chinese character calligraphy, it darkens quickly.
When used thick, it produces a warm, thick black, while when used lightly, it has a deep brown hue with hints of purple.
It is particularly thick, making it ideal for Chinese character calligraphy.
