Sumi no Sei Jōfuku No.8 Blue 100g (Boku-Undo)

This ink expresses beautiful three-dimensionality (harmony between strokes and bleed) and transparency in light ink.
It is formulated to suit raw paper and processed paper for practicing and creating light ink kanji, harmony style, small character counts, and kana scrolls.
It does not gel at low temperatures. To create beautiful light ink, dilute with water at around 20°C.
Although it is designed for light ink, it is designed to maintain a deep black color, so it can also be used at regular concentration.
It also works well in mounting.


When diluted 4-5 times, it is a weakly absorbing black with a bluish tint. When diluted 20 times or more, it becomes a bright, transparent blue-based ink.
Please dilute the ink at a concentration of approximately 4 to 60 times.

*Because the soot particles in blue ink are very large, it cannot be mounted at a concentration of less than 4 times.
For blue ink works, it is effective and safe to use it at a concentration of 10 times or more.
