Mitsumata Paper
This paper is made from the bark of the mitsumata tree, a member of the juniper family.
It is characterized by its fine, glossy fibers, dense texture, and beautiful smoothness.
It has a slight yellow-brown color. Its thinness and excellent absorbency make it used for banknotes, printmaking, and calligraphy paper.
