Hiun No.4 (Shoyu Matsushimadō)

This is a large brush for students writing kanji on Hanshi paper. Ideal for writing 4-6 characters on Hanshi paper, or regular script. It absorbs ink well, has moderate elasticity, and is easy to hold.
This is a medium-tipped brush that is well-balanced as a Kanko brush and prioritizes ease of writing.
*"Kenko brush" refers to a brush made by blending several types of bristles with different properties, and is somewhat stiff.
